Neelu neelu – your vocabulary is exploding.. you have the sweetest little voice. Your words are almost there but not quite which still adds to your babyness. I love to hear you speak. You are slowly forming sentences. Mummy is dreading when you will start speaking properly because that will be the end of your babyness L, but on the bright side we get to talk and play together.

Here are the cutest things you have said lately:

1. “Butt hurts” – yesterday your poopy was really really hard. It was so painful that you were on your tippi toes when you were going. Afterwards when I was cleaning you up – you said – “butt hurts”. It was the cutest little sentence.
2. Your first sentence was – “I like your shoes”. For days you would say that to anyone who would listen. The first time you said it, we were at Kumon and you said it to one of the parents.
3. The one sentence I am always going to remember from this period of your life is – “I miiich you”. It doesn’t matter whether I am in the other room, or sitting next to you, or come back from an errand, you run over and say – “I miched you mummy”. My heart melts. I think everyone who hears that will say their hearts melts. You said “I missed you to Anna” on Tuesday morning when she came in and she immediately scooped you up and smothered you with lots of kisses. It brings a smile to daddy’s face every time you tell  -- “I miiiiched you daddy”.
4. “naaangu singh” – you love this one. You love to take your diaper off and start running around saying – “nannnnngu siiingh”. It is so cute and then one of us chases you all around trying to put a diaper on your before you pee somewhere.
5. Today in the morning you woke you and I was snuggling and cuddling with you. Those early morning moments are my fav. Moments of the day with you. We snuggle, you giggle, we sing, we play, and we talk. Today I asked you how many mummies do you have. You responded – “1 mummy”, and said “1 daddy” when I asked you how many daddies you have. Then you turn over to Simone and said – “didi sleeping”.

She is your  'oh deeeedi'.

She loves you! You love her too! May this bond between the two of you be strong as you grow older and navigate life together.
For now you are playmates! You fight and you love each other. One moment you are pulling each other's hair and the next you are hugging each other and reading to each other.

Together you two make dot.com and play instruments all day long. She wears her disney slippers and you follow right behind wearing heels yourself.
She comes back from school, you run to her and say - "i mmmiiiisssched you".

Neelu dances

This is the first time I ever saw you dance with complicated moves. Till now your dancing involved mostly jumping up and down but now you move! When I saw you shake your hips, I was blown away. It was soooo cute! You are a music baby, instead of cars, dinosaurs, and trains you play with your guitar, your keyboard and all other instruments all day long. You bring a guitar to anyone you want to play and you bring your guitar and you count 1...2.... 3.. and you start jamming!! Fantastic! It is music to our ears! My soul is sooo happy when I see you play music!
